Client Introduction
XLNC Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is the only authorized service provider of various
IBM products. IBM outsource the repair activities to XLNC. Our client receive the repair
materials, repair it and send it back to IBM. The repair process has several stages.
Graycells Role
Graycells created a internet application using PHP, AJAX, Java Scripts, MYSQL. It is
developed using Windows 2003 Server with IIS.

Materials Handling
:
All the repair materials will be canned with serial number, each
material will be identified by that sl.no or job number of the customer.
Repair Management
:
It has different stages of repairs.Scanning, 1st level repair, 2nd
level repair, QC, Random checking, Technical Repair etc. The status of the each
material can be tracked by using SlNo of the material.
Stores Management
:
The accessories used for repairing the product will be tracked
here. The inventory of the stores is alsomaintained. At the time of billing each
material used for repairing will also be displayed.
