Samvridhi info Media (Simtech) is active company involved in Publishing the "KASSIA Industrial Directory" and some other Directory's. Each Directory Contains more than 10,000 Customer Address Data. Like wise for Each Different Directories Simtech used to maintain the Customer Address Separately.

Graycells approached Simtech with solution for their problem. Developed a Software application to Maintain the Customer Database for various Directories. to support huge database Graycells chosen the My SQL Database with the front end designed in Visual Basic.

	Data retrieval in few clicks.
	Tracking of the Customer based on the Advertisement Given, and the Payment status for the same.
	Yearly analysis for the directory for which Advertisement rate can be determined i.e. increased or decreased.
	Selected Data can be Exported to Excel, Word.
	Report on Advertisements, Customer Data, Employee wise reports etc.
	With the our Software it will be easy to analysis the business generated by the marketing executives.

With the solution provided Graycells, to day Simtech has been able to maintain lakhs of data's easily and man power required for the data maintenance has been reduced. and the time required of the data extraction has been reduced.
